Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP καλώδιο patch, μαύρο, 5.0m, 5 τεμ./σετ

The Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP RJ-45 5.0m patch cable is a 5-metre black network cable designed for high-speed data transmission up to 10000 Mbit/s. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends and S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity in demanding network environments, including 10GBase-T applications.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external noise, supporting a higher signal-to-noise margin. The Cat.6A specification enables reliable 10 Gbit/s performance over the cable length, while robust RJ-45 terminations ensure consistent connections. The 5 m length and black jacket offer practical routing and a professional appearance for home and office installations.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network links
• High-speed data transfers between switches, servers and workstations
• Structured cabling in offices and data closets
• Connections requiring minimal electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Maximum data rate: 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gbit/s)
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Shielding: S/FTP (shielded foiled twisted pair)
• Colour: Black
• Weight: 0.198 kg

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices (switch, router, network card or patch panel). Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the locking latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to preserve performance. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management to avoid strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable for short to medium-length 10GBase-T links in office and data centre environments. Avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for extended distances and keep bend radius within manufacturer guidelines to maintain signal quality.
