Equip Cat.6A F/FTP Λεπτό Καλώδιο Patch RJ-45 2m Μπλε

The Equip Cat.6A F/FTP Slim Patch Cable is a compact high-performance network cable designed for 10GBase-T applications. With a 2 m length and slim cable diameter, it offers 10 000 Mbit/s data rates while occupying significantly less space than a standard Cat.6A cable. Equipped with RJ-45 connectors with gold plating and F/FTP shielding, the cable reduces interference and ensures reliable connectivity for home, office and data center installations.

Advantages

The slim design allows easier routing and higher density cable management in racks and cable trays, saving space in telecommunications rooms and data centers. F/FTP shielding improves resistance to crosstalk and external EMI, while gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability. The 2 m length and blue jacket make the cable suitable for short horizontal runs and visible installations where color coding helps organization.

Suitable for

• High-speed server and switch connections in data centers
• Cable runs in crowded patch panels and racks
• Office and home network connections requiring 10G speed
• Environments where space-saving cable management is needed

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat.6A (10GBase-T)
• Shielding: F/FTP (foil over overall + foil around pairs)
• Data rate: up to 10 000 Mbit/s
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Blue
• Weight: 0.07 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other plug to the receiving device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the slim cable through patch panel openings, cable managers or underfloor/ceiling trays, taking advantage of the reduced diameter to maintain tidy, high-density runs. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling force to protect the internal pairs and shielding.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable lengths within recommended channel limits for Cat.6A, avoid running parallel to power lines for long distances, and use proper strain relief on patch panels and devices. Use color-coded cables like this blue variant to simplify identification in dense installations.
