Equip Cat.6 U/UTP καλώδιο patch RJ-45 Cat6 10m κίτρινο

The equip® Cat.6 U/UTP Patch Cable is a 10 m network cable designed for high-performance Ethernet connections. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends, gold-plated contacts for reliable conductivity and a U/UTP construction that reduces external interference while supporting up to 10GBase-T data rates and transfer speeds up to 10000 Mbit/s. The cable's yellow colour helps with quick identification in patch panels and structured cabling environments.

Advantages

The Cat.6 construction offers improved bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise ratio compared with lower-category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure consistent connectivity and corrosion resistance. U/UTP shielding minimises electromagnetic interference without added drain wire complexity, and the 10 m length provides flexibility for many rack-to-desk and equipment-to-switch runs.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T Ethernet connections in offices and data centres
• Patch panel to switch or switch to workstation cabling
• Structured cabling where clear cable identification is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat.6, U/UTP)
• Maximum transfer speed: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Product colour: Yellow
• Weight: 0.223 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device (switch, router or network card) and the other to the corresponding port on the patch panel or workstation. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and strong electromagnetic sources for optimal signal integrity.

Recommendations

For reliable 10GBase-T performance, use the cable within specified channel distances and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines. Inspect connectors before installation and replace the cable if physical damage or repeated connection issues occur.
