Δορυφορική κεραία Televes S75QSD-Z

The Televes S75QSD-Z satellite antenna is a 75 cm reflector designed to receive signals in the 10.7–12.75 GHz satellite band. Constructed from lightweight aluminum with a shallow 1.5 mm depth profile, the antenna combines a high gain of 38.5 dBi with a compact form factor. Its red finish provides a distinctive appearance while the rigid metal structure ensures stable alignment and reliable reception under normal outdoor conditions.

Advantages

The antenna delivers high sensitivity across the standard Ku-band frequencies (10.7–12.75 GHz), enabling improved reception of satellite television and data services. With a 75 cm diameter and 38.5 dBi gain, it balances signal performance and manageable size for most residential and small commercial installations. Aluminum construction keeps the unit lightweight for easier handling and installation while providing corrosion resistance. The low-profile depth simplifies mounting near walls or under eaves and reduces wind loading compared with deeper dishes.

Suitable for

• Reception of Ku-band satellite television channels and transponders
• Small-scale satellite data links and VSAT applications requiring high-gain antennas
• Residential roof- or wall-mounted satellite installations
• Installations where a compact, low-profile reflector is preferred

How to use

Mount the Televes S75QSD-Z on a suitable mast or wall bracket that provides stable support and allows azimuth and elevation adjustment. Point the reflector toward the target satellite using a satellite finder or alignment app, then fine-tune the position while monitoring signal strength and quality. Connect the feedhorn and LNB using appropriate coaxial cable and weatherproof the connections. Ensure the mounting hardware is tightened and secured to maintain alignment during wind or weather changes.

Recommendations

For optimal reception, select a clear line of sight to the satellite and position the antenna away from large obstructions. Use properly rated outdoor coaxial cable and surge protection where exposure to lightning is possible. Periodically inspect mounting points and feed assembly for corrosion or loosening, and re-align if signal quality degrades.
