DeLOCK D-Sub HD 26 ακίδων υποδοχή θηλυκή IP67 αδιάβροχο μαύρο πορτοκαλί

The DeLOCK D-Sub HD 26 pin female connector with IP67 waterproof housing is designed for solder assembly and cable assembly in industrial and control cabinet environments. The connector provides 26 soldering pins and a sealed housing to protect soldered cable connections from dust and water. The product is supplied in black and orange and measures approximately 80 mm (width) × 49 mm (depth) × 22 mm (height).

Advantages

The IP67-rated housing ensures protection against dust ingress and temporary immersion in water, increasing the reliability of connections in harsh or damp environments. The design allows straightforward solder assembly: cable wires can be fed through the housing and soldered directly to the D-Sub contacts, after which the soldered cable and connector are mounted together into the housing for a secure seal. Compact dimensions make it suitable for installation in switch cabinets and other confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Industrial equipment and machinery
• Switch cabinets and control panels
• Environments requiring dust- and water-resistant cable connections
• Cable assembly and custom wiring projects using D-Sub HD 26 pin

How to use

Feed the cable wires through the waterproof housing opening and solder each conductor to the corresponding D-Sub contacts following the pinout required for your application. After soldering, place the soldered connector assembly into the housing and secure it so the housing seal closes around the cable and connector. Ensure the housing is correctly tightened to maintain IP67 protection before installing the assembly into the switch cabinet or equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing, verify that cable outer diameter and jacket condition match the housing’s cable gland specification. Perform a continuity and insulation test after assembly and before exposing the connector to wet conditions. Use appropriate strain relief and avoid sharp bends at the cable exit to maintain long-term reliability.
