Χειροκίνητη μηχανή ζυμαρικών Marcato Ampia 180

The Marcato Ampia 180 is a manual pasta machine for producing fresh fettuccine and taglierini at home. Constructed with food-grade components, the rollers are anodised aluminium alloy while combs and scrapers are made of polymeric resin. The frame is stainless steel with a chrome finish, providing a durable working surface and straightforward maintenance.

Advantages

The easy-to-grip crank simplifies kneading and sheet feeding, and the adjustment knob offers 10 precise positions for immediate selection of pasta thickness. A bayonet fitting allows quick connection to a Pastadrive motor for faster operation. Stability is ensured by an easy-to-fix clamp and rubber screwed feet that keep the machine steady during use. Combs are removable to facilitate cleaning; note the unit is not dishwasher safe.

Suitable for

• Home preparation of fresh fettuccine and taglierini
• Small-batch pasta production for families
• Cooks learning to control pasta thickness and texture manually

How to use

Secure the machine to a work surface using the clamp, then attach the crank or connect a Pastadrive motor via the bayonet fitting. Use the polymeric combs and scrapers to separate strands and remove excess dough. Clean residue with a brush before storage.

Recommendations

Use only dry brush cleaning for the rollers and removable combs; avoid water immersion and dishwashers. Attach the clamp firmly and use the rubber feet to minimise movement. For motorised operation, ensure the Pastadrive fit is secure before switching on.
