How to use

Secure the machine to a stable work surface using the clamp. Use the crank to feed dough through the rollers, starting from the thickest knob position and gradually decreasing the thickness until the desired sheet is obtained. For confectionery use, pass sugar paste through the rollers to achieve uniform sheets; for bakery applications use suitable soft doughs adjusted for elasticity and moisture. Remove excess dough residues with a dry brush after use.
