Cat5e RJ45-2x RJ45 Γκρι ShiverPeaks

The ShiverPeaks Cat5e RJ45-2x RJ45 Grey cable is a network patch cable designed for reliable Ethernet connections in offices, server rooms and home networks. It is built to Cat5e performance specifications and features a grey jacket with gold-plated connector contacts to maintain stable signal transmission and resist corrosion. The cable provides one RJ45 connector on one end and two RJ45 connectors on the other end, offering flexible connectivity where a single run must feed two devices or two ports.

Advantages

The cable’s Cat5e specification supports high-speed data transmission suitable for Fast Ethernet and many gigabit applications within short to moderate distances. Gold-plated contacts reduce contact resistance and improve long-term reliability compared with unplated connectors. The grey outer jacket offers a neutral appearance that integrates into professional and residential environments. The integrated splitter configuration saves the need for additional adapters when routing a single network point to two destinations.

Suitable for

• Connecting a single network outlet to two devices such as a computer and a VoIP phone
• Temporary network setups where one cable must feed two endpoints
• Cable runs in offices, racks or patch panels where Cat5e performance is adequate
• Home networking for PCs, printers, set-top boxes and smart devices

Key specifications

• Category: Cat5e performance class for Ethernet connectivity
• Connector types: RJ45 to dual RJ45 termination
• Contact plating: gold-plated connector contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Jacket color: grey
• Compliance: constructed to meet industry Cat5e performance requirements

How to use

Plug the single RJ45 end into the source network port such as a wall outlet or switch uplink, and connect the two RJ45 outputs to the destination devices. Ensure both connected devices are configured for the same network and check link/activity LEDs on the devices or switch to confirm successful connection. Use within recommended cable length limits for Cat5e to maintain signal integrity; avoid tight bends and excessive tension on the cable during installation.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this Cat5e cable for devices that do not require full multi-gigabit bandwidth across both outputs simultaneously. Keep cable runs within standard Cat5e length guidelines and avoid installing adjacent to high-power electrical lines to reduce interference.
