ACT πορτοκαλί 2 m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 Datacenter Slimline καλώδιο patch με βύσματα RJ45

The ACT Orange 2 meter LSZH U/UTP CAT6 datacenter slimline patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors is a slim, 2 m Ethernet cable designed for datacenter and network cabinet use. Its reduced diameter improves airflow in server racks and the LSZH jacket limits hazardous smoke in case of fire. The cable supports high-speed data transmission and uses standard RJ45 terminations with gold-plated contacts.

Advantages

The slimline 3.8 mm diameter provides a smaller bending radius and helps maintain better airflow compared with regular 5.9 mm CAT6 patch cords. The snagless RJ45 connectors protect the plug latch during installation and the LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke emission. Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance.

Suitable for

• Datacenter patching and horizontal cabling in racks
• Network cabinets and space-constrained cable runs
• High-density PoE deployments (observe maximum bundle size guidance)
• General Ethernet connections between devices with RJ45 ports

Key specifications

• Cable type: U/UTP CAT6 slimline
• Length: 2 m
• Diameter: approx. 3.8 mm
• Connectors: RJ45 to RJ45, snagless, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Brand / MPN / EAN: ACT / DC9102 / 8716065510355

How to use

Insert the RJ45 plug into the device or patch panel port until the latch clicks. Use the snagless boot to protect the latch when routing the cable through tight spaces or cable management. When installing multiple cables in a bundle, follow the recommended maximum bundle size guidelines for PoE to limit temperature rise.

Recommendations

Standards allow patch cords between 22 and 26 AWG; 28 AWG slimline cables can be used but exhibit higher attenuation, especially at higher frequencies. For PoE applications ACT advises a maximum bundle size of 24 cables to keep temperature increase of bundled cables within acceptable limits (ANSI TSB-184-A limits center-cable temperature rise to less than 15 °C above ambient).
