ACT Μαύρο 7 μέτρα LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Datacenter Slimline καλώδιο patch με βύσματα RJ45

ACT Black 7m LSZH U/FTP CAT6A patch cable with snagless RJ45 connectors and gold-plated contacts is a slimline datacenter Ethernet cable engineered for high-speed connections. The U/FTP construction and CAT6A specification support 10 Gigabit Ethernet in short links, while the LSZH jacket reduces smoke and halogen release, making the cable suitable for installations where fire safety and low-smoke behavior are required. The cable diameter is reduced compared with regular CAT6A patch cords, improving airflow inside server racks and network cabinets.

Advantages

The slim 3.8 mm diameter lowers bend radius and saves space in dense patching environments. Snagless RJ45 boots protect the gold-plated contacts during installation and ensure reliable mating. LSZH outer sheath minimizes harmful emissions in case of fire. The U/FTP shielding improves immunity to external interference and helps maintain signal quality at higher frequencies typical for CAT6A performance.

How to use

Route the cable through the rack or cabinet ensuring gentle bends that respect the reduced bend radius. Insert the RJ45 connectors fully into patch panel and switch ports until they click; the snagless boots protect the clip during handling. For highest performance, avoid excessive bundling and keep runs within recommended patch lengths. Verify link speed and performance after installation using appropriate network test equipment.

Recommendations

For Power over Ethernet (PoE) deployments, ACT recommends limiting bundle size to a maximum of 24 slimline cables to prevent excessive temperature rise; this helps keep the center cable temperature increase under the ANSI TSB-184-A limit of 15 °C above ambient. Note that slim 32 AWG-equivalent internal conductors can have higher attenuation at higher frequencies, so consider this when planning longer or high-frequency links.
