Configure printer settings for paper label media and adjust print darkness and speed as needed to obtain clear, durable prints. After printing, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces for best adhesion.

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. For best print longevity, choose the 3200 wax/resin ribbon when increased scratch and smudge resistance is required; use 5319 wax ribbon for standard label applications.
