• Providing a spare power adapter for office, warehouse, or small business environments
• Quick field replacement during printer maintenance to minimise downtime

Key specifications

• Output voltage: 24 V DC
• Maximum output power: 60 W
• Application type: Desktop thermal label printers (compatible with specified Zebra models)
• Form factor: External AC-to-DC power adapter
• Typical use environment: Office, retail, warehouse

How to use

Disconnect the printer from mains power and remove any existing adapter. Connect the kit's DC plug to the printer's power input socket, then connect the adapter to the AC mains using the supplied cable or a compatible mains lead. Power on the printer and verify normal startup and label feed. If the printer does not start or shows power-related error indicators, recheck the connections and mains outlet. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions for handling power adapters and avoid using damaged cables.

Recommendations

Use the power supply kit in stable indoor environments within the printer's specified operating temperature and humidity ranges. Avoid exposing the adapter to liquids, excessive dust, or mechanical stress. For continuous heavy-duty printing, ensure adequate ventilation around the adapter and replace the unit if signs of overheating or cable damage appear.
