Zebra ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΟΣ ΑΙΣΘΗΤΗΡΑΣ ZS300 TEMP.

Cold chain failures and environmental drift can silently ruin temperature-sensitive inventory, leading to spoilage, compliance violations, and revenue loss. The Zebra ZS300 Temperature Sensor eliminates that blind spot by delivering continuous, encrypted temperature monitoring with Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity. This compact, IP67-rated sensor is built for demanding logistics, pharmaceutical, and food service environments where reliability is non-negotiable.

Who is it for

Logistics managers overseeing cold chain shipments, facility supervisors in pharmaceutical storage, food safety coordinators, and any operation needing automated temperature tracking without wired infrastructure. It suits both fixed asset monitoring and in-transit visibility when paired with Zebra gateways or mobile devices.

Main features

• Bluetooth 5.0 Low Energy for long-range, low-power data transmission up to 100 m line of sight.
• Wide measurement range from -30°C to +70°C with ±0.5°C typical accuracy.

Tips

For optimal battery life, set logging intervals to the longest acceptable duration for your use case. Pair the ZS300 with a Zebra BLE gateway for continuous cloud uploads, or use a mobile device for on-demand reads. Mount the sensor away from direct airflow or heat sources to avoid false readings, and verify placement with a spot-check thermometer during initial deployment.
