Καλώδιο δικτύου Goobay CAT 5e SF/UTP γκρι 305 m

The Goobay CAT 5e SF/UTP network cable (305 m) is designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. Constructed with quality inner conductors, SF/UTP shielding and durable grey outer sheathing, this cable meets CAT 5e standards and provides a stable connection for network devices over long cable runs.

Advantages

The SF/UTP construction combines an overall foil shield with twisted pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference while maintaining flexibility. Robust sheath material protects the inner conductors against mechanical wear and environmental factors. The 305 m length on a single reel is practical for large installations and reduces the need for multiple joins, helping preserve signal integrity.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections in homes
• Office local area networks (LAN)
• Structured cabling and rack-to-rack connections
• Long cable runs where a single continuous length is preferred

Key specifications

• Standard: CAT 5e
• Shielding: SF/UTP (overall foil + unshielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 305 m
• Colour: Grey
• Brand: WENTRONIC (Goobay)

How to use

Unwind the required length from the reel and cut cleanly to avoid frayed ends. Strip the outer sheath and prepare the individual twisted pairs according to the connector type and wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Terminate with appropriate RJ45 connectors or patch panels, ensuring pairs remain twisted as close to the termination point as possible to maintain performance. Use cable management and correct bending radius to avoid kinks and preserve signal quality.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain appropriate separation from sources of electromagnetic interference. Use proper shielding termination where required and follow local cabling standards during installation.
