Καλώδιο δικτύου Goobay 96077 μαύρο 0,5 m Cat5e F/UTP

The Goobay 96077 networking cable is a 0.5 m Cat5e F/UTP patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for environments with limited space, such as 19" patch panels, it offers foil shielding (F/UTP) to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain stable data transmission. The cable is moulded, angled and includes a slim line strain relief for secure connector fit and reduced stress at the plug.

Advantages

The cable’s foil outer shield provides enhanced protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables. Its short 0.5 m length and angled, moulded connectors make it a compact solution for tight installations. The slim line strain relief helps prevent bending and connector damage, while the pair sequence follows the EIA/TIA 568 standard for compatibility with standard networking equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting devices within racks and 19" patch panels
• Short runs between switches, patch panels and network ports
• Home and small office network setups requiring shielded Cat5e cabling

Key specifications

• Length: 0.5 m
• Category: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil screened twisted pair cable, outer shield: foil)
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends, moulded angled version with strain relief
• Pair sequence: EIA/TIA 568
• Colour: Black
• Manufacturer: WENTRONIC (Goobay), MPN: 96077, EAN: 4040849960772

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plugs into the corresponding network ports on devices, switches, or patch panels until the connector latches. Use the angled moulded ends to route the cable neatly in confined spaces and avoid sharp bends near the connector; the slim line strain relief reduces stress at the plug. For shielded installations, ensure proper grounding of connected equipment to maintain the effectiveness of the foil shield.

Recommendations

Use this short Cat5e F/UTP cable for tidy, interference-protected connections in racks and confined areas. Avoid excessive bending and keep the cable within recommended bend radii; connect shields to grounded equipment when required by your installation to maximise noise immunity.
