Καλώδιο δικτύου Goobay 95496 πορτοκαλί 2 m Cat6 S/FTP

The Goobay 95496 is a 2 m Cat6 networking cable with S/FTP shielding designed for reliable high-speed data transfer. It supports data rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and features gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for improved contact quality and durability. The cable’s orange jacket makes it easy to identify in structured cabling or mixed-connection environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for stable signal transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs provide corrosion resistance and consistent connectivity. The Cat6 specification and high-quality inner conductors enable gigabit-speed networking over a short link length of 2 metres.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers within a home or small office
• Patching panels or wall outlets in structured cabling runs
• Short-distance gigabit Ethernet links and desktop connections

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foil‑shielded pairs)
• Length: 2 m
• Connector: RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Colour: orange

How to use

Plug the RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other end into a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain optimal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for short patch runs and desktop connections within gigabit networks. Avoid excessive bending and do not subject the cable to sustained mechanical stress. If routing near heavy electrical equipment, keep separation distance to minimize residual interference.
