Καλώδιο δικτύου Goobay 93693 2m Cat6 U/UTP λευκό

The Goobay 93693 SLIM network cable is a 2 m Cat6 U/UTP patch cable designed for use in confined spaces and areas with a high density of electronic equipment, such as server racks and data centres. It provides reliable Cat6 performance with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts, while its slim profile supports improved airflow and cooling in equipment racks and tight installations.

Advantages

The slim design reduces cable bulk and helps maintain airflow in rack-mounted and stacked equipment. U/UTP construction delivers dependable data transmission at Cat6 specifications, and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The white jacket offers a clean, professional appearance suitable for visible installations.

Suitable for

• Server racks and data centres
• Patch panels and network cabinets
• Tight cable conduits and shallow cable trays
• Home or office LAN connections where space is limited

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (switch, router or network card) and the other end to the corresponding port on the receiving device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated until they click. Route the cable through racks or conduits, taking advantage of the slim profile to minimize obstruction to airflow and avoid sharp bends that could stress the cable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and excessive tension; maintain bend radii recommended for Cat6 cabling. Use in environments where improved airflow is required and when a low-profile cable layout is preferred. Regularly inspect connectors for dust or corrosion and replace the cable if insulation or contacts are damaged.
