Καλώδιο δικτύου Goobay 68053 Μπλε 0,5m Cat5e SF/UTP

The Goobay 68053 is a 0.5 m Cat5e SF/UTP networking cable designed for reliable wired connections between network devices. It features copper-clad aluminium wire (CCA) conductors, SF/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold plating to ensure stable data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. The cable's blue sheath identifies it easily in a structured installation and is suitable for home and small office networks.

Advantages

The cable combines Cat5e performance with SF/UTP shielding to provide protection against external interference while remaining flexible and easy to route. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact quality and corrosion resistance. The compact 0.5 m length minimises excess cable in short point-to-point connections and the blue outer jacket facilitates visual organisation in multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and network printers in home networks
• Short links between network devices in small office environments
• Patch connections in structured cabling panels and patch bays

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat5e
• Length: 0.5 m
• Shielding: SF/UTP (foil + overall braid not present — foil screened pairs with unshielded overall)
• Conductor type: copper-clad aluminium (CCA)
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold plating
• Color: Blue
• Brand / MPN / EAN: WENTRONIC / 68053 / 4040849680533

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as large motors or high-voltage power lines.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m Cat5e SF/UTP cable for short, direct connections where a shielded link is beneficial. Do not use it for in-wall permanent installations where building codes require solid copper conductors; choose a certified in-wall rated cable in those cases.
