Επίπεδο καλώδιο patch Goobay CAT 6A U/UTP λευκό 5m

The Flat Patch Cable Goobay CAT 6A U/UTP White 5m is a 5-metre networking cable designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office environments. The cable uses U/UTP construction and high-quality inner conductors to deliver stable connections and reliable performance for Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks. Its flat profile and robust outer sheath allow discreet installation behind skirting boards, under carpets or along walls where space is limited. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure low-resistance contact and durable mating with network ports.

Advantages

The flat design reduces the cable height and simplifies routing in narrow gaps while maintaining the electrical performance required for CAT 6A. U/UTP construction minimizes electromagnetic interference without bulky shielding, and gold-plated RJ-45 plugs provide corrosion-resistant contacts for consistent signal transfer. Durable sheathing and precise connector fit improve longevity and reduce the risk of connection failures over time.

Suitable for

• Wired LAN connections for desktops, laptops and network switches
• High-speed Ethernet applications including Gigabit and 10GBase-T where supported
• Installation along skirting boards, under carpets or in other low-clearance routes
• Home offices, small business networks and multimedia streaming setups

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT 6A
• Construction: U/UTP (unshielded pair cable)
• Length: 5 m
• Profile: flat, low-profile design for tight spaces
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Outer sheath: durable PVC for mechanical protection
• Performance: suitable for high-speed Ethernet (including Gigabit and 10 Gigabit where supported by equipment)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your router, switch or wall outlet and the other end to the device you want to network. Lay the flat cable along baseboards, tuck it under carpets or route it behind furniture to keep it out of sight. Avoid sharp bends at the connector ends and do not crush the cable under heavy objects to maintain signal integrity. For best results, ensure both connected devices support the intended network speed.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and in close proximity to mains power lines or other strong sources of electromagnetic interference. When installing under carpets or floors, allow a slight slack at connection points to prevent stress on the RJ-45 plugs and inspect periodically for wear in high-traffic areas.
