Βύσμα modular RJ45 DeLOCK Cat.6 50 τεμ. με προστατευτικά κάμψης

The DeLOCK RJ45 Modular Plug Cat.6 set contains 50 shielded RJ45 male connectors with front opening and matching bend protection boots. Designed for Cat.6 network cabling, the transparent metallic plugs allow the wire pairs to be guided out at the front for easy connection and visual inspection. The set is suitable for assembly of cables with conductor sizes from 26 to 23 AWG and the compact plug design reduces the distance between wires and contacts to optimise the connection.

Advantages

The front opening enables simple and faster installation by letting the wire pairs exit at the plug front and allowing clear verification of the wiring sequence. Shielded metallic plugs improve electromagnetic compatibility, while the included bend protection boots protect the cable end from abrasion and reduce strain on the conductor. The set of 50 connectors provides components for multiple terminations and maintenance tasks.

Suitable for

• Cat.6 Ethernet cable terminations
• Field assembly of shielded network cables (26–23 AWG)
• Patch panel or device-side RJ45 connector replacements
• Small-scale network installations and repairs

How to use

Strip the cable jacket and untwist the wire pairs to the required length. Guide each conductor pair so the wires exit through the plug's front opening, verify the wiring sequence, then push the plug onto the conductors until it seats fully. Crimp the plug with a compatible RJ45 crimping tool, and slide the bend protection boot over the cable end to cover the plug shear area and relieve strain.

Recommendations

Use a suitable crimping tool rated for shielded RJ45 plugs and confirm correct wiring (T568A or T568B) before crimping. Ensure the boot fits the cable diameter and avoid excessive bending or tensile force on the terminated cable.
