Βύσμα καλωδίου RJ-45 DeLOCK 86474

The DeLOCK 86474 RJ-45 wire connector is a transparent, male RJ-45 plug designed for making reliable Ethernet cable terminations. It measures 14 mm × 22.2 mm × 11.7 mm and is supplied in packs of 20 in a polybag. The connector is compatible with standard network cables and is intended to be used together with a matching Crimp+Cut tool for simultaneous contacting and trimming of conductors.

Advantages

The RJ-45 Crimp+Cut design allows the individual wires to be guided out to the front, enabling visual verification of the wiring order before finalizing the crimp. Pairs remain twisted close to the connector to preserve signal performance. During crimping, all eight conductors are contacted at once and excess wire ends are cut off, reducing assembly time. The extended curved latch reduces the risk of latch damage when the plug is pulled out.

Suitable for

• Creating or repairing Ethernet cables (CAT5e/CAT6 compatible when appropriate cable is used)
• Bulk termination tasks where multiple connectors are needed
• On-site cable installation and testing with a Crimp+Cut tool

Key specifications

• Connector: RJ-45 (male)
• Colour: Transparent
• Dimensions: 14 mm (W) × 22.2 mm (D) × 11.7 mm (H)
• Packaging: Pack of 20 in a polybag
• Brand: DELOCK, MPN: 86474, EAN: 4043619864744

How to use

Strip the outer jacket of the network cable and arrange the individual conductors in the desired wiring order. Slide the conductors through the connector so the wires exit at the front and the pairs remain twisted close to the plug. Insert the assembly into the matching Crimp+Cut tool and perform a single crimp action: the tool will contact all conductors and simultaneously cut off excess wire. Verify the wiring visually and, if required, test the terminated cable with a cable tester.

Recommendations

Use with a compatible Crimp+Cut tool from DeLOCK to ensure correct contacting and cutting. Choose the correct cable category and maintain pair twist as close to the connector as possible to preserve network performance. Store connectors in their polybag to keep them clean until use.
