Equip Cat.6 βύσμα RJ45 χωρίς εργαλεία, 5 τεμ./σετ

The EQUIP Cat.6 Tool-free RJ45 Plug set contains five modular male connectors designed for creating custom-length network cables without tools. The plugs are made of high-impact clear polycarbonate for durability during insertion and pulling, and are supplied in black and white. Each plug measures 50.1 mm in width, 11.7 mm in depth and weighs 6.8 g. The set is compliant with RoHS, CE and REACH standards and is packaged in a box sized 175 mm x 100 mm.

Advantages

Tool-free design allows quick, on-site assembly of Cat.6 cables without crimping tools. Clear, high-impact polycarbonate construction provides resistance to mechanical stresses during installation and repeated handling. Compact dimensions and light weight make these modular plugs convenient to carry and use in network installation tasks. Compliance with RoHS, CE and REACH ensures conformity with common safety and environmental requirements.

Suitable for

• Creating custom-length Cat.6 Ethernet cables on-site
• Small network installations and home office cabling
• Rapid repairs or replacements of damaged RJ45 terminations
• Field work where carrying crimping tools is impractical

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to the recommended length, arrange the individual conductors according to the desired wiring standard (e.g., T568A or T568B), then insert the conductors fully into the tool-free modular plug until they reach their stop. Close or secure the plug according to the plug design to establish contact; no crimping tool is required. Verify continuity and proper pairing with a cable tester after assembly.

Recommendations

For reliable connections, ensure conductors are fully inserted and maintain correct wire order. Use for Cat.6 twisted-pair cables and avoid excessive bending near the termination. Test each assembled cable with a network tester before deployment.
