Key specifications

• Connector type: male RJ-12 (six-position modular plug)
• Quantity: pack of 10 connectors
• Color: white
• Intended use: telephone and low-voltage data wiring
• Form factor: compact modular plug compatible with standard RJ-12 jacks

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the individual conductors and arrange them according to the wiring scheme required for your installation. Insert the conductors fully into the connector so that the contacts align with the wire cores, then press or crimp the connector as appropriate for your tooling to achieve secure contact. After assembly, visually inspect the termination to confirm conductor alignment and secure seating before mating with an RJ-12 jack.

Recommendations

Use standard hand crimping tools or compatible insertion tools designed for modular plugs to ensure a reliable termination. Avoid excessive force during insertion to prevent damage to the plug housing or contacts. Store connectors in a dry environment and use within normal indoor temperature ranges for best performance.
