Βάση rack Extralink Plinth 800x1000 μαύρη μεταλλική 100mm

The Extralink Plinth 800x1000 Black Metal 100mm is a metal pedestal designed to serve as a stable base for standing network cabinets measuring 800 mm by 1000 mm. Constructed from SPCC cold-rolled steel with a 2 mm thickness and finished in RAL9004 black powder coating, the plinth raises cabinets by 100 mm to improve airflow beneath the cabinet, allow easier cable routing and provide a professional appearance for server rooms, data closets and other network installations.

Advantages

The plinth provides a rigid, level support that reduces cabinet wobble and distributes load evenly to the floor. Its 2 mm SPCC steel construction and powder-coated finish ensure long-term durability and resistance to surface wear. Included mounting hardware (four M12 Allen screws and washers) simplifies installation and secures the cabinet to the pedestal for improved safety and stability.

Suitable for

• 800 x 1000 mm standing network cabinets
• Server rooms and data centres where elevated cabinet height is required
• Telecommunications closets and equipment rooms
• Environments requiring floor mounting and improved cabinet stability

Key specifications

• Material: SPCC cold-rolled steel, 2 mm thickness
• External dimensions (W x D x H): 800 mm x 1000 mm x 100 mm
• Finish: powder-coated, RAL9004 black
• Height increase: 100 mm pedestal rise
• Mounting: secured to cabinet underside with four M12 fasteners (hardware included)

How to use

Position the plinth under the standing cabinet so that the plinth’s perimeter aligns with the cabinet base. Lift the cabinet slightly or use temporary supports to allow access to the underside. Fix the plinth to the cabinet using the supplied M12 Allen screws and washers, tightening them evenly to ensure a level fit. After installation, verify that the cabinet sits squarely on the pedestal and that load is distributed uniformly to the floor.

Recommendations

For safe and long-lasting installation, mount the plinth on a flat, stable floor surface and confirm that the combined cabinet and equipment weight does not exceed the floor load capacity. Use appropriate lifting assistance when positioning fully populated cabinets and periodically inspect mounting hardware for tightness and corrosion.
