TSC Μονάδα κοπής, Σετ κοπής Linierless, DH220/DH220HC (1 σετ/κουτί)

Continuous label rolls often demand manual cutting, slowing workflows and causing inconsistent label lengths. The TSC Cutter Module, Linerless Cutter Kit, solves this by adding automatic precision cutting to your TSC DH220 or DH220HC printer. This field-installable kit transforms your printer into an on-demand label production system, ideal for shipping labels, receipts, and linerless media applications.

Who is it for

This cutter module is essential for warehouses, logistics centers, retail back offices, and any environment where high-volume label printing requires clean, automatic separation. It is particularly valuable for operations using linerless thermal labels, where manual tearing is inefficient and messy. The kit is user-installable, making it accessible to both technical staff and everyday users.

Main features

• Precision guillotine cutting mechanism for clean, reliable cuts every time.
• Compatible with linerless thermal labels, eliminating backing paper waste.
• Field-installable kit includes cutter module, mounting hardware, and documentation.
• Powered directly by the host printer—no external power supply needed.
• High-durability construction using metal and engineered plastics for long service life.
• User-serviceable components allow blade replacement without special tools.
• Enhances printer efficiency by automating label separation, reducing operator fatigue.
