Τροφοδοτικό D-Link DXS-PWR300AC 300W για switches δικτύου DXS

The D-Link DXS-PWR300AC 300W module is a power supply component designed specifically for compatible D-Link chassis switches. It provides a stable 300W power output in a compact housing that fits into supported DXS-3400 and DXS-3600 series units. With a small footprint and a weight of approximately 1.01 kg, the unit is intended for use in rack-mounted and compact network installations where predictable power delivery and long operational life are required.

Advantages

This power module delivers a continuous 300W output while occupying minimal space, enabling denser equipment racks. Its compact dimensions (79 x 40 x 275 mm) and low weight simplify handling and installation. The declared MTBF of 221,538 hours indicates prolonged service life and lower likelihood of unexpected failure, reducing maintenance frequency. The design is compatible with the control and cooling systems of supported D-Link chassis, ensuring reliable integration.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Replacement or spare power supply for D-Link DXS-3400 and DXS-3600 series switches
• Small to medium enterprise rack deployments requiring compact power modules
• Network equipment rooms where predictable, continuous power delivery is needed
• Environments where reduced equipment weight and space savings are important

Key specifications

• Power output: 300W
• Physical size: 79 x 40 x 275 mm
• Weight: approximately 1.01 kg
• Reliability: MTBF 221,538 hours
• Designed for compatibility with D-Link DXS-3400 and DXS-3600 chassis

How to use

Install the module into the appropriate power bay of a compatible D-Link chassis following the chassis manufacturer’s installation procedure. Ensure the switch is powered down or that hot-swap instructions from the chassis documentation are followed if supported. Verify secure mechanical seating and electrical connection, then power up the switch and confirm that the chassis recognizes the module and that status indicators show normal operation. Follow standard safety procedures when working with powered equipment.

Recommendations

To maximize service life and reliable operation, install the module in a well-ventilated rack location, maintain ambient temperature within the switch’s operating range, and use proper grounding. Keep a tested spare module available for critical installations to minimize downtime during service. Refer to the D-Link chassis documentation for supported hot-swap and failover behaviour.
