TP-Link RE705X Επεκτατής δικτύου Πομπός και δέκτης δικτύου Λευκό

AX3000 WiFi 6 Range Extender delivers faster speeds, lower latency and improved device capacity thanks to WiFi 6 technology. With 1024-QAM and HE160 support on the 5 GHz band, the extender increases throughput compared with previous generations and extends stable wireless coverage to hard-to-reach areas. It can also operate as a dual-band access point when connected via Ethernet and works with the TP-Link Tether app for setup and management.

Advantages

WiFi 6 brings faster data rates and reduced latency for smoother streaming and gaming. HE160 doubles channel bandwidth on the 5 GHz band for higher peak speeds. Four high-performance amplifiers boost signal strength to cover weak-signal rooms. OFDMA and beamforming improve efficiency and focus the signal toward connected devices. Adaptive Path Selection chooses the fastest route to the router automatically. EasyMesh compatibility allows adding other extenders or routers to create whole-home mesh WiFi.

Key specifications

• Standard: WiFi 6 (802.11ax) compatible
• Aggregate speed: AX3000 class
• 5 GHz: supports 2x2 160 MHz (HE160) for higher throughput
• Modulation: 1024-QAM for increased data rate
• Antennas/amplifiers: 4 high-performance amplifiers
• Features: OFDMA, Beamforming, MU-MIMO, Adaptive Path Selection
• Modes: Range extender and Access Point (via Ethernet)
• App management: TP-Link Tether (Android, iOS)

How to use

Plug the RE705X into a power outlet within range of your router, open the TP-Link Tether app on your phone, and follow the on-screen steps to extend your existing WiFi network. To use Access Point mode, connect an Ethernet cable from your modem or router to the extender’s Ethernet port; the device will create a dual-band wireless access point. Use the Tether app to monitor connection status, switch transmit power levels (Wide, Wider, Widest), and perform firmware updates.

Recommendations

Place the extender roughly halfway between the router and the area with poor coverage for best performance. If coverage gaps remain, add another EasyMesh-compatible device to form a mesh network. For optimal speeds on 5 GHz, ensure client devices support 160 MHz channels and WiFi 6 features.
