Θερμοσυστελλόμενο μακαρόνι DeLOCK 19968 4:1 με κόλλα μαύρο 5 m x 12 mm

DeLOCK heat shrink tube 19968 is a black polyolefin sleeve with a 4:1 shrink ratio, 5 m length and 12 mm nominal diameter. The inner adhesive layer bonds to the cable or wire when heated, providing sealed insulation and mechanical protection for electrical connections. The product is supplied in a practical dispenser box for clean, orderly storage and easy dispensing.

Advantages

The polyolefin construction offers reliable electrical insulation and resistance to environmental effects. The 4:1 shrink ratio allows use on a wide range of diameters, while the inner adhesive ensures a tight, sealed fit after shrinking. The dispenser box protects the tube from dirt and enables controlled unrolling and cutting to required lengths.

Suitable for

• Insulating and protecting wires and cable joints
• Sealing and mechanical protection of electrical connections in workshops
• Use in industrial applications requiring bonded shrink tubing

How to use

Measure and cut the required length of heat shrink tube from the dispenser box. Slide the tube over the cable, wire or connection area to be insulated. Apply heat evenly with a heat gun, hot air tool or other appropriate heat source until the tube contracts uniformly and the inner adhesive flows to form a seal. Allow the assembly to cool to room temperature before handling.

Recommendations

For best results, use a controlled heat gun and apply even heat while keeping the tool moving to avoid overheating. Ensure compatible temperatures for polyolefin tubing and avoid open flames. Store the dispenser box in a dry place to keep the adhesive and tubing free from dust and moisture.
