Θερμοσυστελλόμενο μακαρόνι DeLOCK 19965 4:1 με κόλλα μαύρο 5 m x 4 mm

This heat shrink tube by DeLOCK is designed to insulate and protect wires, cables and electrical connections. Made of polyolefin with a 4:1 shrink ratio and an inner adhesive layer, the sleeve adheres to the cable when heated, providing protection against moisture, abrasion and mechanical damage. The product comes in a practical dispenser box for clean storage and easy cutting.

Advantages

The adhesive inner lining ensures a secure bond to the shrunk cable, improving moisture resistance and mechanical protection. The 4:1 shrink ratio allows a wide range of cable diameters to be covered. The polyolefin material offers durability and resistance to environmental effects. The dispenser box keeps the tube free from dirt and enables controlled unrolling and individual cutting.

Suitable for

• Insulating and sealing electrical joints and solder connections
• Protecting cable ends and splices in electronics and automotive applications
• Providing abrasion and moisture protection for wiring in workshops and industrial environments
• Cable management and colour-coding in cable harnesses

How to use

Select a length of heat shrink tube from the dispenser box and slide it over the cable or joint to be insulated. Apply heat evenly using a heat gun or suitable heat source until the tube shrinks and the inner adhesive flows and bonds to the cable surface. Allow the sleeve to cool so the adhesive cures and the tube sets tightly around the cable.

Recommendations

For best results, use a regulated heat gun and maintain an even distance while shrinking to avoid overheating. Ensure the surface is clean and free of oils or dust before applying the tube. Verify compatibility of the shrink temperature with surrounding components.
