Θερμοαγώγιμο pad Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8

The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad series consists of high-performance thermal pads that combine elasticity and flexibility with elevated thermal conductivity to bridge small gaps between components. They are offered in multiple sizes and thicknesses and provide electrical insulation while maintaining efficient heat transfer.

Advantages

These minus pads feature high thermal conductivity and strong compressibility, allowing them to adapt to uneven surfaces and ensure consistent contact. The material composition—based on a ceramic silicon complex and nano aluminum oxide—delivers stable and reliable heat transfer. Pads are easy to apply, require minimal pressure to adhere, and comply with RoHS and eco-friendly standards.

Key specifications

• Material: ceramic silicon complex with nano aluminum oxide
• Properties: high thermal conductivity, high compressibility, electrical insulation
• Form factor: available in various sizes and thicknesses
• Compliance: RoHS-compliant, eco-friendly

How to use

Remove protective films if present, place the pad between the heat-generating component and the heatsink or chassis, and apply slight pressure to achieve optimal contact. Ensure surfaces are clean and free of dust or residues before installation to maintain thermal performance. Choose a pad size and thickness appropriate for the gap to be filled.

Recommendations

For best results, match pad thickness to the component gap and avoid stretching the material during installation. Store pads in a clean, dry place and follow manufacturer guidance for reuse or replacement intervals.
