Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut is a liquid metal thermal compound formulated for applications that demand very high heat transfer efficiency. The 5 g syringe of Conductonaut contains a eutectic alloy with tin, gallium and increased indium content, offering high thermal conductivity and stability for use where temperatures are above 8 °C.

Advantages

Conductonaut provides ultra-high thermal conductivity (73 W/m·K) and a high-density composition that improves heat dissipation between hot components and heatsinks. The formulation includes increased indium for enhanced long-term stability, and the package includes a synthetic needle for controlled, precise application.

Suitable for

• High-performance CPUs and GPUs
• Overclocking and enthusiast builds
• Applications requiring best possible thermal transfer

How to use

Before applying Conductonaut, fully power down and ground the system. Clean CPU/GPU and heatsink surfaces thoroughly to remove old paste, oils and debris. Apply a small, controlled amount of liquid metal onto the contact area and spread if needed using an appropriate tool, or use direct application from the syringe with the supplied synthetic needle for precision. Reassemble the cooler and verify proper contact and mounting torque. Avoid contact with aluminum surfaces and ensure no short-circuit paths are created by the conductive liquid metal.

Recommendations

Intended for experienced users: Conductonaut is electrically conductive and should be used with caution. Do not apply to aluminum heatsinks. Use minimal amounts for optimal performance and check mounting after initial run; reapply only when necessary.
