Thermal Grizzly Aeronaut (TG-A-001-RS) is a silicone-based thermal compound designed to improve heat transfer between components. With a thermal conductivity of 8.5 W/m·K and a density of 2.6 g/cm³, this 1 g package is intended for precise application on CPUs and GPUs where reliable thermal management and surface protection are required.

Advantages

Aeronaut provides very good thermal conductivity combined with long-term durability. The formula does not require curing and is electrically non-conductive, reducing the risk of short circuits during application. Its composition offers surface protection and lower abrasive impact during removal compared to many other thermal greases.

Suitable for

• CPU cooling (desktop and laptop)
• GPU cooling and replacement of factory paste
• Small-scale DIY cooling upgrades and maintenance

Key specifications

• Thermal conductivity: 8.5 W/m·K
• Weight: 1 g (0.001 kg)
• Density: 2.6 g/cm³
• Operating temperature: -150 to 200 °C
• Type: silicone-based thermal compound
• Electrical conductivity: none (non-conductive)

How to use

Clean the surfaces to be joined (CPU heatspreader and cooler base) of old paste and contaminants. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of Aeronaut to the center of the chip or follow your preferred spreading method for a thin, even layer. Mount the cooler and secure it according to the manufacturer instructions to achieve optimal contact and heat transfer. Use the supplied or compatible applicator for controlled dispensing.

Recommendations

For best results, use a minimal amount and allow even pressure when mounting the cooler; avoid electrical contact with exposed circuitry. Aeronaut is suitable as an alternative to factory-applied thermal paste and for routine maintenance, and it minimizes micro-scratches on component surfaces during removal.
