Θερμικό Pad Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad 8

The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad is a high-performance thermal pad designed to bridge gaps between electronic components. It features a very elastic and flexible surface with high thermal conductivity to ensure reliable heat transfer. The pads come in various sizes and thicknesses and provide electrical insulation while remaining RoHS-compliant and ecofriendly.

Advantages

The Minus Pad offers high thermal conductivity combined with strong compressibility, allowing it to conform to uneven surfaces and fill even small gaps. Its flexible composition based on a ceramic silicon complex with nano aluminum oxide ensures consistent, optimal heat transfer. The pads adhere easily with minimal pressure and are electrically insulating.

Key specifications

• Material: ceramic silicon formula complex with nano aluminum oxide
• Properties: high thermal conductivity, high compressibility, electrical insulation
• Available in: multiple sizes and thicknesses
• Compliance: RoHS-compliant, ecofriendly

How to use

Clean the surfaces to be connected and remove any dust, grease or residues. Cut the Minus Pad to the required size if necessary, then place it between the components so it fully covers the contact area. Apply light pressure to ensure optimal adhesion and conforming to surface irregularities. Verify alignment and replace the pad if it shows damage or significant deformation.

Recommendations

Use the appropriate thickness and size for your application to achieve efficient heat transfer; replace the pad when thermal performance degrades or after mechanical damage.
