Θερμοαγώγιμη πάστα Alphacool 13036 17 W/m·K 4 g

Alphacool 13036 thermal grease is a high-performance thermal interface material formulated for efficient heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks. With a thermal conductivity of 17 W/m·K and a compact 4 g supply, this grey paste is suitable for precise application on CPUs, GPUs, power transistors and other heat-generating surfaces where minimising thermal resistance is important.

Advantages

The paste offers a high thermal conductivity value that improves heat dissipation compared with standard compounds, while its medium density supports stable contact without excessive flow. Its 4 g portion is convenient for several targeted applications, and the neutral grey colour helps verify coverage during application.

Suitable for

• Thermal interface between processors and heatsinks in desktop and small-form-factor systems
• Cooling of graphics cards and GPU modules during maintenance or upgrades
• Power electronics such as MOSFETs, voltage regulators and other high-heat components
• Compact assemblies where a small, precise quantity of thermal compound is needed

Key specifications

• Thermal conductivity: 17 W/m·K
• Weight: 4 g
• Density: 3.2 g/cm³
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Before application, clean both mating surfaces thoroughly to remove old thermal material, dust and oils, using appropriate solvent or isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of the thermal grease onto the centre of the heat source or spread a thin, even layer across the surface if preferred. Mount the heatsink with gentle, even pressure to spread the compound and create a thin, continuous thermal interface. Remove and reapply if the joint is disturbed or if the thermal interface is replaced during component servicing.

Recommendations

Use sparingly to achieve a thin, continuous layer; excessive paste can reduce thermal performance or risk overflow. Store the product in a cool, dry place and keep the cap sealed to prevent contamination and drying. Follow component and cooler manufacturers’ mounting instructions and recheck thermal performance after any major hardware changes.
