Θερμοαγώγιμη πάστα Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut

Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut thermal grease is formulated for demanding cooling tasks such as overclocking and industrial critical cooling. The paste provides high thermal conductivity and long-term stability without electrical conductivity, making it suitable for sensitive electronics. Kryonaut’s composition with nano-aluminum and zinc-oxide particles improves surface contact between the CPU or other components and the heatsink to enhance heat transfer.

Advantages

Kryonaut offers a high measured thermal conductivity of 12.5 W/m·K and a density of 3.7 g/cm³ in a 1 g tube, with a non-conductive formula that prevents electrical shorting. The grease does not cure and is designed to resist drying out at temperatures up to 80 °C, which preserves long-term performance. It is recommended both for extreme overclocking and for critical industrial cooling applications.

Suitable for

• CPU and GPU cooling in gaming and high-performance PCs
• Overclocking setups requiring low thermal resistance
• Industrial cooling systems where reliable heat transfer is required
• Situations where non-electrically conductive thermal interface material is needed

Key specifications

• Brand: Thermal Grizzly
• Model: Kryonaut (MPN: TG-K-001-RS)
• EAN: 0753677507234
• Thermal conductivity: 12.5 W/m·K
• Weight: 1 g (0.001 kg)
• Density: 3.7 g/cm³
• Operating temperature range: −250 °C to 350 °C
• Non-electrically conductive

How to use

Clean both contact surfaces (CPU heatspreader and heatsink base) thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of Kryonaut on the center of the CPU or use a thin line for larger heatspreaders. Mount the heatsink and fasten according to the manufacturer’s instructions so the paste spreads evenly. No curing time is required; normal thermal contact is achieved once the heatsink is properly seated.

Recommendations

Use Kryonaut for high-performance systems and overclocking where low thermal resistance and non-conductivity are important. Although Kryonaut is generally compatible with aluminum, follow the manufacturer’s guidance: the warning about aluminum compatibility applies specifically to liquid metal products, not to this thermal grease. Store the tube capped at room temperature to retain consistency.
