A corrosion-resistant silver finish supports regular kitchen use and simple cleaning.

Suitable for

• Measuring the internal temperature of cooked meats and poultry
• Checking liquids such as soups, sauces and stocks
• Monitoring temperature when candy-making or tempering chocolate
• Everyday kitchen use for home cooks and small catering operations

Key specifications

• Temperature range: 0 to 120 °C
• Display type: analog dial
• Dial diameter: 51 mm
• Weight: 34 g
• Colour: silver

How to use

Insert the probe into the thickest part of the food, avoiding contact with bone or the cooking surface to obtain an accurate internal temperature. Wait until the needle stabilises on the dial before recording the reading. For liquids, place the probe depthwise so the sensing element is fully submerged but the dial and connection stay dry. After use, wipe the probe clean and dry thoroughly before storage.

Recommendations

For consistent results, calibrate against a known-temperature reference periodically and avoid exposing the dial head to direct flame or prolonged high heat. Clean the probe with warm soapy water and sanitise according to food safety practices; store in a dry place away from heavy kitchen traffic.
