The DeLOCK 67132 wire connector is a compact D-Sub 15-pin male connector finished in silver. With external dimensions of approximately 40.2 mm (width) x 47 mm (depth) x 15.6 mm (height), it provides a standard 15-pin D-Sub interface suitable for transmitting analog or digital signals in a range of electronic devices. The connector is designed for straightforward panel or cable-mounting situations where a reliable D-Sub male contact is required.

Advantages

This D-Sub 15-pin male connector offers a standardized pin layout for compatibility with common D-Sub female ports, ensuring consistent signal routing. Its compact metal finish supports durable mechanical contact and contributes to shielding against electromagnetic interference in many installations. The modest dimensions make it suitable for space-constrained assemblies while preserving the full 15-pin functionality for multi-signal connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting analog or digital display signals where a 15-pin D-Sub male interface is required
• Cable and panel assemblies in industrial or consumer electronic equipment
• Repair or replacement of existing D-Sub 15-pin male connectors

Key specifications

• Connector type: D-Sub 15-pin, male
• Colour: Silver finish
• Outer dimensions: approx. 40.2 mm (W) x 47 mm (D) x 15.6 mm (H)
• Contact count: 15 pins for multi-signal transmission
• Typical use: signal/data connection, analog or digital interfaces

How to use

Align the male D-Sub connector pins with the mating female socket and insert carefully to avoid bending pins. If mounted to a cable or panel, ensure proper strain relief and secure fastening according to the assembly design. Confirm correct pin mapping before applying power or signal to prevent miswiring. For disassembly, pull the connector straight out while supporting the mating connector to avoid stress on cables and contacts.

Recommendations

Use this connector in environments where a standard 15-pin D-Sub male interface is needed. Verify mechanical mounting clearances and provide adequate cable strain relief. Avoid excessive force during mating and unmating to preserve contact integrity.
