Supermicro καλώδιο CBL-SAST-1205LP4-85 SlimlineSAS LP x8 SFF-8654 ευθύ σε ευθύ - καλώδιο

For high-density server and storage builds where full-size connectors simply won’t fit, this Supermicro SlimSAS LP cable delivers a low-profile, straight-to-straight x8 link in a compact 85 cm length. It’s the practical answer to tight chassis layouts that still demand SAS-4 performance.

Highlights

• Low-profile SlimSAS (SFF-8654) connectors on both ends for space-constrained environments
• 8-lane (x8) design supporting up to 192 Gbps total bandwidth (24 Gbps per lane)
• SAS-4 / U.3 compatible for next-generation storage arrays and NVMe backplanes
• Straight (STR) connector orientation for clean, direct routing in 1U and 2U chassis
• 85 cm length ideal for internal controller-to-backplane or controller-to-drive cage connections
• RoHS compliant and built to Supermicro’s rigorous quality standards

In daily use

Installing this cable is straightforward: the low-profile connectors click securely into SlimSAS ports on Supermicro motherboards, RAID controllers, or backplanes. The straight orientation avoids the awkward bends often required with right-angle connectors, reducing strain on the cable and ports. At 85 cm, it’s long enough to reach across most standard chassis without excessive slack that could obstruct airflow. Whether you’re building a new server or upgrading an existing storage array, this cable maintains signal integrity at full SAS-4 speeds, ensuring reliable data transfers for demanding workloads.
