Somfy Sunteis Solar io αισθητήρας ηλίου 1871306

The Somfy Sunteis Solar io stands out as a solar-powered sunlight sensor that eliminates wiring, using an integrated photovoltaic cell to keep its NiMH battery charged. It detects sunlight intensity and communicates wirelessly with Somfy io-homecontrol motors to automate awnings, blinds, or shutters based on sun exposure.

Highlights

• Wire-free solar operation with integrated photovoltaic cell
• io-homecontrol bidirectional communication for reliable control
• Adjustable sun threshold from 0 to 80 klux
• IP44 protection for outdoor installation

In daily use

Mount the sensor on a wall or mast, and it will automatically command your io-homecontrol devices to extend or retract when sunlight crosses your set threshold. The bidirectional radio ensures commands are confirmed, with a range up to 200 m in open field and 20 m indoors through two concrete walls.
