Somfy Eolis WireFree io Ασύρματος Αισθητήρας Ανέμου (1816084)

The Somfy Eolis WireFree io (1816084) is a wireless wind sensor designed for automatic wind protection of awnings, external venetian blinds, and roller shutters. Using io-homecontrol bidirectional radio technology, it measures wind speed and triggers a safety reaction when the wind threshold is exceeded, preventing damage to your outdoor shading systems.

Advantages

Wireless installation eliminates the need for complex wiring, making it easy to retrofit or install on new systems. The sensor is powered by two AA batteries with a long battery life of approximately 5 years, ensuring low maintenance. The adjustable wind threshold (approx. 10–60 km/h) can be set conveniently via an io-homecontrol remote control or gateway, allowing customization to local weather conditions. With IP44 splash-proof protection and UV-resistant plastic housing, it is built to withstand outdoor environments.
