Καλώδιο δικτύου S/FTP S/CONN Cat 6 3 m

The ShiverPeaks S/CONN Cat 6 S/FTP 3m networking cable delivers shielded, high-performance wired connectivity for local area networks. Constructed with S/FTP shielding and high-quality RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, this 3-meter black cable is designed to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain stable data transfer rates for typical Cat 6 applications. The cable supports installations where reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections and reduced crosstalk are required, suitable for both home and office network setups.

Advantages

S/FTP construction combines an overall braid shield with individually foil-shielded pairs to minimize external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, improving signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or electronic equipment. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 plugs offer corrosion resistance and consistent conductivity over repeated insertions. The 3 m length balances reach and cable management for desktop, wall outlet, and equipment-rack connections, while the durable jacket and strain relief provide resistance to everyday wear.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet connections between router, switch, modem, and workstation
• Wired connections for streaming devices, smart TVs, and gaming consoles
• Office network runs where interference suppression is important
• Home network setups requiring a reliable, short-length patch cable

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 6 (Class E)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 male to RJ-45 male
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance
• Length: 3 meters
• Color: Black
• Conductor type: Twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, modem, or computer) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the target device. Ensure both connectors seat fully until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinch points; maintain gentle curves to preserve internal pair geometry and shielding performance. For installations in dense cable bundles, keep consistent separation from power cables where possible to further reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this S/CONN Cat 6 S/FTP cable in Gigabit Ethernet networks and in locations with multiple electronic devices or cabling where additional shielding improves signal stability. Inspect connectors periodically and avoid excessive pulling on the cable; replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage.
