The Fischer 51291 screw & wall plug kit contains 20 pieces of anchors and matching screws designed for secure fixings in brick and concrete. The kit is intended to provide a reliable mechanical connection where through-fixings or direct screw anchoring into solid masonry is required. Components are manufactured with durability in mind to maintain clamping force and stability over time for a wide range of interior and exterior applications.

Advantages

The kit offers a compact selection of anchors and screws that simplify selection for common masonry tasks. Designed for use in brick and concrete, the plugs expand reliably to create a firm grip in solid substrates. Corrosion-resistant materials and a standardized screw fit reduce installation errors and improve long-term hold. The small kit format helps keep components organized and ready for routine repairs or small installations.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Fixing shelves and light fixtures to brick or concrete walls
• Mounting brackets, cable clips and small fittings
• General repair and maintenance in homes and job sites
• Do-it-yourself projects requiring masonry anchors

Key specifications

• Contents: 20 pieces (anchors and screws)
• Suitable substrates: brick, concrete (solid masonry)
• Anchor type: expanding wall plug for mechanical fixing
• Application range: light to medium loads in solid substrates
• Typical use environment: interior and exterior where mechanical anchoring is required

How to use

Select an appropriate drill bit for the anchor diameter and drill a hole of the recommended depth into the masonry. Clean the hole from dust and position the wall plug fully into the hole. Place the fixture and insert the matching screw; tighten until the plug expands and holds firmly in the substrate. Avoid over-tightening which can damage the plug or reduce holding capacity. For installations near edges or in thin masonry, verify sufficient edge distance and embedment depth before drilling.

Recommendations

Use the screw & wall plug kit only in the substrates specified (brick, concrete). For heavier loads or hollow substrates, select appropriate anchors designed for those conditions. When installing outdoors or in humid environments, use corrosion-protected screws and consider additional sealing to prevent moisture ingress. Always follow safe drilling practices and wear eye protection.
