Σειριακό καλώδιο DeLOCK 87783 μαύρο 10 m DB-9

The DeLOCK 87783 is a 10 m black serial cable with DB-9 (mini D-Sub 9) connectors designed to connect two RS-232 devices directly for data exchange. The cable has a 5 mm diameter offering flexibility and durability, and uses a fully wired null-modem wiring with CTS/RTS auto control to support handshaking between connected devices such as printers, measuring instruments, converters, RS-232 hubs and patch panels.

Advantages

The cable implements a complete null modem wiring with CTS/RTS auto control, enabling automatic flow control without manual signal routing. Compact mini D-Sub 9 connectors allow adjacent RS-232 ports to be used without interference. The 10 m length provides extended reach while the 5 mm diameter balances flexibility and mechanical robustness for both home and professional installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting two RS-232 devices for direct serial communication
• Printers and measuring instruments requiring serial ports
• Converters, RS-232 hubs and patch panels
• Setups needing automatic CTS/RTS flow control

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 87783
• EAN: 4043619877836
• Connector: DB-9 (mini D-Sub 9) to DB-9 (null modem wiring)
• Cable length: 10 m
• Cable diameter: 5 mm
• Wiring: Fully wired null modem with CTS/RTS auto control

How to use

Connect each DB-9 connector to the RS-232 port of the two devices you wish to link. The null-modem wiring reverses the transmit and receive lines so no adapter or manual signal reconfiguration is required. The integrated CTS/RTS auto control handles flow control automatically. After connection, configure the devices' serial port settings (baud rate, parity, data bits, stop bits) to match for proper communication.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid sharp bends and heavy strain near the connectors, and route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources. Verify RS-232 port settings on both devices and use the cable within indoor environments unless additional environmental protection is applied.
