Καλώδιο patch S/FTP Cat6 Dätwyler 21.05.0073 πράσινο 7 m

The Dätwyler S/FTP Patch Cable Cat6 in green, 7 m length, is a shielded Ethernet cable engineered for stable high-speed network connections. Constructed with individually shielded twisted pairs (S/FTP), the cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk for consistent data throughput. It is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet environments and conforms to Cat6 performance expectations for reliable office and home networking.

Advantages

The S/FTP design provides improved protection against external noise and internal pair-to-pair interference compared with unshielded alternatives, supporting clearer signal integrity over longer runs. The 7 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices across rooms or between network equipment racks while maintaining low latency. The green outer jacket provides easy visual identification in structured cabling installations and helps with cable management.

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (individually shielded twisted pairs with overall braid)
• Length: 7 m
• Connector type: RJ45 (8P8C) compatible
• Color: green
• Supported data rates: Gigabit Ethernet
• Conductor: stranded or solid copper depending on patch cable design (suitable for patching between devices)

How to use

Insert the RJ45 connectors into the corresponding network ports of devices such as computers, switches or routers until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks and proximity to strong electromagnetic sources to preserve shielding effectiveness. For structured cabling, label both ends if required and secure the cable with appropriate ties or guides to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 S/FTP patch cable for short to medium runs within rooms or between network racks. Avoid running the cable in parallel alongside high-voltage power lines to minimize residual interference. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and supported to maintain consistent Gigabit links.
