ROLINE Καλώδιο patch Cat.6 UTP, PoE, πορτοκαλί, 2 m (21.51.1547)

Network connections that drop or degrade under load are often caused by substandard cabling. The ROLINE Cat.6 UTP Patch Cable solves this by providing a reliable, high-performance link for Gigabit Ethernet and Power over Ethernet applications. With its orange jacket, it is easy to identify in dense installations, and the 2-metre length is ideal for connecting devices in close proximity, such as patch panels to switches or wall outlets to computers.

Who is it for

This cable is perfect for IT professionals, network administrators, and home users who need a dependable, standards-compliant patch cable for everyday networking. It is especially suited for environments where PoE devices like IP cameras, VoIP phones, or wireless access points are deployed, as it supports PoE, PoE+, and 4PPoE. The unshielded design is best for areas with low electromagnetic interference, such as residential or small office settings.

Main features

• Category 6 (Class E) performance with up to 250 MHz bandwidth, ensuring stable Gigabit Ethernet speeds.
• Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) construction with 26 AWG stranded copper conductors for flexibility and easy routing.
• Supports Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+, and 4PPoE) for powering devices over the same cable.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors with EIA/TIA 568B wiring for corrosion resistance and reliable connectivity.
• Durable PVC jacket in orange for high visibility and easy cable management.
• 2-metre length, ideal for patch panel to switch connections or short device links.

Tips

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and do not exceed the minimum bend radius. When bundling multiple cables, use Velcro straps instead of zip ties to prevent crushing. Since this is an unshielded cable, keep it away from sources of high electromagnetic interference, such as power lines or fluorescent lights, to maintain signal integrity.
