Ricoh περιοριστής ροπής

Overload protection for industrial machinery, the Ricoh Torque Limiter M0262828 delivers instantaneous disengagement with a continuous slip friction disc mechanism. Its adjustable torque range of 5 to 20 Nm and zero backlash ensure precise, repeatable protection for conveyors, packaging machines, and printing presses.

Advantages

This torque limiter prevents costly downtime by instantly disengaging the drive when torque exceeds the set limit, then automatically re-engaging once the overload clears. The manual adjustment nuts allow quick torque setting without special tools, while the sintered bronze/steel friction material offers long service life even under frequent slip conditions.

Suitable for

• Conveyor systems requiring jam protection
• Packaging machinery with intermittent overloads
• Printing presses needing precise torque control
• Any shaft-driven application where overload protection is critical
