Microconnect BNCTOOL εργαλείο πρέσας καλωδίων εργαλείο πρέσας μαύρο

The Microconnect BNCTOOL is a handheld crimping tool designed for precision crimping of BNC-style connectors and similar small coaxial terminations. Compact and lightweight at approximately 150 g, the tool provides a balanced grip and controlled action suitable for repeated use. It is built to offer consistent crimps while remaining portable for field work or compact workshop environments.

Advantages

The tool combines a low weight and compact size with a durable construction to reduce operator fatigue during extended tasks. Its crimping jaws are shaped to deliver even pressure around connector sleeves, helping to secure mechanical and electrical contact. The simple, single-unit design requires no additional assemblies, making it easy to carry and deploy for repairs, installations, and testing.

Suitable for

• Crimping BNC connectors on coaxial cables
• Field servicing and on-site cable repairs
• Small-scale installations and laboratory cable preparation
• DIY electronics and audio/video cable assembly

Key specifications

• Approximate net weight: 150 g
• Packaged weight: 300 g
• Handheld, single-unit crimping tool
• Designed for small coaxial connector crimps
• Compact dimensions suitable for one-handed operation

How to use

Strip the coaxial cable to the correct length for the chosen connector, slide on any ferrules or sleeves as required by the connector design, and position the connector onto the cable. Place the connector in the crimping jaws so that the sleeve aligns with the jaw profile, then squeeze the handles firmly and evenly until the crimp is completed. Inspect the crimp visually and by a light pull test to ensure mechanical stability and correct electrical contact.

Recommendations

Use the Microconnect BNCTOOL with connectors and cable types that match the jaw profile and crimp dimensions. Maintain the tool by keeping the jaws clean and free of debris; occasional lubrication of the pivot point will help retain smooth action. Verify crimps with appropriate testing equipment for signal integrity in professional installations.
