Πριονωτή κορόνα Bosch PRO Multi Material PC Plus 44/27 mm — μεμονωμένο, για δράπανο, Ø27 mm

The Bosch PRO Multi Material PC Plus 44/27 mm single hole saw is a drill accessory engineered for creating clean 27 mm diameter holes in a variety of construction and installation materials. Designed for use with drills and compatible with the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless arbor system, this single-piece cutter combines high-cobalt HSS teeth with an optimized tooth geometry to deliver consistent cutting performance in drywall, metal, non-ferrous metals, plastic and softwood. The tool is supplied as a single unit and is intended for tasks such as installing pipes, cables and fittings where precise round openings are required.

Advantages

The multi-material design provides long life and reliable cutting across different substrates thanks to high-speed steel alloy with cobalt reinforcement. Enhanced tooth geometry promotes fast, smooth cuts and reduces effort during drilling. Compatibility with the Bosch Power Change Plus system allows quicker changeovers and easier plug ejection, improving workflow on the job. The 27 mm diameter provides a standard size for common installation requirements.

Suitable for

• Cutting holes for pipes and conduit in drywall and softwood
• Creating cable and wiring pass-throughs in installation work
• Making openings for fittings, boxes and fixtures in non-ferrous metal and plastic panels

Key specifications

• Cutting diameter: 27 mm
• Material of cutting edge: high-speed steel alloy with approximately 8% cobalt
• Compatible system: designed for use with keyless arbor systems (Bosch Power Change Plus)
• Suitable substrate types: drywall, steel cladding, non-ferrous metals, plastic, softwood
• Supply format: single hole saw unit

How to use

Fit the hole saw to a suitable arbor or the Bosch Power Change Plus keyless system and secure it to the drill according to the drill and arbor manufacturers instructions. Mark the center point of the required opening, position the pilot drill if available, start drilling at low speed to establish the cut, then increase speed and apply steady pressure until the cutter has passed through the material. After cutting, stop the drill and remove the hole saw; eject the material plug using the arbors plug removal feature or manually if necessary. Follow safety practices including wearing eye protection and ensuring the workpiece is clamped and stable.

Recommendations

For best results, select drill speed appropriate to the material: lower speeds for metals and higher speeds for drywall and plastics. Use steady pressure and allow the cutting teeth to do the work rather than forcing the tool. Inspect the cutter regularly for wear; replace when teeth show significant wear or the quality of cut deteriorates. Ensure compatibility with your drill and arbor before use.
