Πομποδέκτης & Δέκτης AV ATEN VE811

The ATEN VE811 AV transmitter and receiver delivers reliable HDMI signal extension for professional AV installations. It supports up to 4096 x 2160 (4K) resolution and transmits over a single Cat5e/6/6a or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6 cable up to 100 m, while Long Reach Mode extends 1080p up to 150 m via a single Cat5e/6 cable. The compact units (73 x 86.4 x 24.7 mm, 170 g) are easy to mount and suit meeting rooms and other environments that require high-quality HDMI video over long distances.

The VE811 supports HDMI features such as 3D, Deep Color, HD lossless audio formats, CEC pass-through and compatibility with Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS-HD audio. Its small footprint and light weight simplify installation in racks, behind displays or in confined spaces. Long Reach Mode provides flexible distance options depending on required resolution and cable type, enabling cost-effective point-to-point HDMI extension.

How to use

Connect the VE811 transmitter to the HDMI output of your source device and the receiver to the display's HDMI input. Use a single Cat5e/6/6a cable (or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat 6) between transmitter and receiver. For 4K transmission, ensure cable quality and keep the cable length within 100 m; enable Long Reach Mode if you need 1080p extension up to 150 m. Power both transmitter and receiver according to the supplied power adapters and verify EDID/CEC settings on connected devices as required.

Recommendations

For best results with 4K signals, use Cat6a or high-quality Cat6 cable and keep runs under 100 m. When extending 1080p at maximum distance, enable Long Reach Mode and use shielded Cat5e/Cat6 where possible to reduce interference. Test source and display EDID settings after installation to ensure correct resolution and audio passthrough.
