ProXtend KIT6-KIT04B is a 6-way power strip with integrated surge protection designed for home and office environments. It supplies six AC sockets to power computers, peripheral devices, chargers and entertainment electronics while reducing the risk of damage from transient voltage spikes. The unit combines compact layout and practical power distribution to simplify cable management and provide centralized control of multiple devices.

Advantages

The strip offers six grounded sockets in a single housing with built-in surge protection to guard connected equipment against short high-voltage transients. Its compact footprint helps save desk or floor space and makes it easy to position near workstations or media centers. The device is straightforward to install and operate, providing a reliable and predictable power distribution point for a variety of electrical appliances.

Suitable for

• Desktop computers and monitors
• Printers, scanners and other office peripherals
• Phone and tablet chargers
• TVs, set-top boxes and home entertainment equipment
• Small workshop tools and hobby electronics (within rated limits)

Key specifications

• Number of sockets: 6
• Protection: built-in surge protection against transient overvoltages
• Socket type: AC grounded outlets suitable for standard plugs
• Form factor: multi-socket power strip
• Weight: 0.55 kg
• Intended use: indoor use in home and office environments

How to use

Place the power strip on a flat, stable surface or mount it near the equipment to be powered. Connect the strip to a properly grounded wall outlet and switch it on if an on/off control is provided. Plug devices into the individual sockets, observing the rated load limits of each appliance and the total current capacity of the strip. Avoid overloading by distributing high-power devices across separate circuits when necessary. If the surge protection indicator shows a fault or the strip shows signs of damage after a surge event, disconnect all devices and replace the unit.

Recommendations

Use the ProXtend 6-way power strip with surge protection for general-purpose power distribution of low- and medium-power devices. Do not connect high-current appliances such as space heaters or large refrigerators. Ensure the connected wall outlet has proper grounding and do not operate the strip in wet or excessively dusty environments. Periodically inspect the strip, cable and plug for wear and replace if any damage is found.
